Once we have discussed what you are looking for and we have a drawing of the item and you are happy with it, we come to you measure the project up and take photos of the mouldings if there are any.
Delivery and fitting
When we are close to finishing the project you will be contacted by one of our friendly team to arrange a delivery time and date or if you are collecting the same will apply.
To arrange fitting as well will be discussed at the first appointment of the quote as then we allow this price in the quote as well
Payment terms
Our payment terms are stated on the quote but we ask that you pay 30% upfront and that on completion of the work carried out the final balance, if the final balance is not paid on delivery we are obliged by our formal team that we do not leav the goods
Time
This can widely change as it depends entirely on the job size it can vary between 1-10 weeks
VAT
Our VAT is subject to 17.5% and will also be stated on the quote in which you receive
